- Ambulance Reimbursement
Payable if an insured member requires ambulance transportation as a result of an injury. Benefit equal to the expenses actually incurred for necessary ambulance service that are not covered by any other insurance
- Health Insurance Deductible Reimbursement
Reimburses the member for health insurance deductible, up to $500, for a claim submitted to the member's primary health insurance carrier equal to or greater than the deductible amount
- Hospital Stay Reimbursement
Reimburses member up to a limit of $100 or $250 for each required overnight stay in a hospital up to a max of 5 days per hospital stay
