Fraud protection offers internet auction communities up to $200 of coverage in the event a buyer does not receive the merchandise after payment is made, or if the merchandise received was not a material representation of what was posted in the auction.

M/I Homes "Worry Free Mortgage"
M/I Homes, a division of Schottenstein, Inc., provides job loss coverage to purchasers of new homes. If the purchaser loses his/her job due to economic conditions during the first 18 months following the mortgage closing, M/I makes up to six monthly payments (principal, interest, taxes and insurance), up to a maximum of $1,500.00 per payment.

Television Total Protection
A major magazine provided a warranty on a consumer's television and VCR as long as they continue to subscribe to the magazine.

Theft Deterrent Guarantee
Automobile dealers offer a passive vehicle security system to vehicle purchasers. After having all windows on a vehicle etched, these purchasers have $2,500, $5,000 or vehicle replacement coverage on their car. In the event the covered vehicle is stolen and not recovered; or stolen, recovered, and deemed a total loss by the purchaser's insurance company, the underlying benefit is paid.

Volkswagen Payment Protection Plus
Volkswagen of America provided blanket job loss coverage to purchasers of new Volkswagens. If the purchaser lost his/her job due to economic conditions during the first three years of ownership, Volkswagen made up to twelve monthly car and insurance payments up to a maximum $500 per payment.
